We are looking for a friendly and organized office assistant to help assist us with general administrative tasks. This position will require a strong attention to detail with an emphasis on communication.
Organize, File, and Manage Regulatory Documentation
Run Bi-Weekly Payroll for Staff
Address & Manage Customer Billing Inquiries
Assist with Recruiting Efforts
Order Supplies and Procure Materials for Office
Basic Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
Must have prior experience as an administrative assistant
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be fully computer literate
Must be able to type 40 wpm
Must have a good attitude and friendly demeanor
Experience with Quickbooks Online is Required
Job Type: Full Time
